Shipping Policy

COCO HAIR CO. ships orders using USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL Signature required.  The amount charged depends upon the total weight of merchandise.Ground shipping within the United States will cost approximately $8.00 to $18.00. Express shipping only available if you have spoken to us before order is placed.

 Please allow 3-14 business days processing time after payment is received BEFORE tracking information is provided. Orders require 2-5 days for delivery after shipping depending upon your destination all order are shipped priority.

Please do not inquire about your order unless processing and shipping times have exceeded and you have not received tracking information. Inquiries on orders will only be addressed if time has exceeded and more than likely we will contact you if time exceeds. Website orders CANNOT be picked up in store!

 All orders placed before 1pm Eastern time will begin processing same business day. All orders processed after 5pm eastern time will process the next business day. 

International orders incur additional charges customer is responsible for these charges.

Online payments are passed via a secure socket layer to a payment processor where your information is tokenized (whereby a random number is generated to represent your payment). The payment processor is PCI compliant which ensures that your information is being handled in accordance with industry security standards.
